Vowly is a platform that allows users to create private event spaces where invited participants can upload photos and videos via a link or QR code. These uploads are used to build a timeline and generate a video recap of the event.

1. Overview

2. User Responsibility

The person creating an event (the "Event Owner") is responsible for:

  • Inviting participants to the event
  • Ensuring they have permission to collect and process media from participants
  • Managing access to the event link

Vowly does not verify permissions between Event Owners and participants.

3. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, users grant Vowly permission to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of:

  • Displaying it within the event timeline
  • Generating story narratives
  • Creating video recaps

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to upload:

  • Illegal content
  • Content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material

5. Service Usage

Vowly is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may update or modify the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vowly is not responsible for:

  • Content uploaded by users
  • Misuse of shared event links
  • Disputes between event participants

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
